“Had a delightful breakfast here recently. The food was excellent. The side salad and presentation were complimentary as well. My only gripe is sometimes it can be so busy it can be hard to find seating. When we were here it was totally packed - although we found a table we were still right up next to the table next to ours. It's hard to have a conversation in such a cramped space when it's busy. The parking lot has the same issue, as it's very narrow and limited parking.”

“I usually order from here using rapid pickup. Food is not always consistent (amount and content/quality of soups and salads). Have ordered online several times to show up and be told they were out of something I ordered and other times they never bother to put the bag with receipt out in the rapid pickup area (they leave it n the normal pickup counter with the receipt in the bag) which makes things difficult because I don't want to be going through a bag to see the receipt and find out it's not mine. Other than that, the food is normally the same taste and quality you would expect from Panera Bread (but I feel the Shrewsbury location is better hands down).”

The food there was pretty ok, not the best pancakes and breakfast food I've had, but they were still pretty good. “Very Quick service using kiosks, Great prices on drinks. Use this location for meetings all the time, Tons of seating and lots of wall outlets available if you need to plug in. Coffee drinks are yummy. Had Chai Tea on last visit and it was perfect. Service is almost always with a smile with a few exceptions and this past time several kiosks were out of service for ordering quickly, so a bit more of a wait than usual, but almost always solid and predictable high quality services”

Food came out quick and was temperature compliant. There were many fountain lemonades and teas to choose from and they were all full, fresh, and cold. Seating area was clean, floors were clean and bathrooms were clean and stocked. Great visit.”
