“Living in South Philadelphia my whole life when Homegrown was created on broad and Snyder, my mom and her friends would go all the time! She inspired me, and then my friends and I went. We were some of their first customers. Homegrown is now moved legit right around the corner from me and is the most convenient place to get coffee and other things. I remember trying their exceptional flavor chocolate banana coffee, and it was there the best thing I have ever tried. 10/10 recommend. The owners are also excellent, kind-hearted people. I love to walk by and have a chat because they are always outside and willing to. The energy is fantastic, and I am glad to have them a part of my neighborhood and community.”

“Great convenience store! I've been going here for 6 years now and 7-11 never fails to disappoint. As a high school student, about to go into college. A store like this is really helpful. There's so many options inside the location, all at a cheap price. Seriously, everything is cheap with good value. Fountain soda, coffee, nachos, cookies, ramen, you name it! The workers are very nice and welcoming especially when you come in everyday like me lol. DEFINTELY recommend going here and saving some hard cash on things that are otherwise expensive like at Wawa or a gas station. PS: I highly recommend downloading the 7/11 app and making an account. When you scan everytime you buy you get special rewards like any size coffee being $1 or something. You also get points that build up so you can get free stuff.”

“Love the ambience. The food was ok. Not sure what was missing to make it spectacular, but something was just short. Short rib really needs like a bowl of rice to compliment it and was a little salty to eat it like a stew. The masa gnocchi should not be called a gnocchi, maybe a dumpling but it was a solid dish. The ran out of Brie and we were there at 6pm. How do you run out of cheese that's your best selling appetizer? Tostada was nice I think but is a tostada.”

Most of the other 7-11 locations in the area have soda fountains that are out of flavors, or the mix ratio is off.
