California Taco Shop

I have been to the Bristol Shop a few times. The food and service is great! I love the Nachos they are loaded! Burritos and Tacos amazing. I want to give my 5 Stars to Jazmine, for her friendly and sincere customer service. Keep up the good work CA Taco Shop!!!!

I’m originally from Dallas, TX and have lived in NE for 7 years. In those 7 long years I haven’t found an authentic taco place… until today. Their small soft tacos are exactly what I remember from those small taquerias in Texas. Delicious, soft yet slightly crunchy corn tortillas, delicious carnitas, topped with onions and cilantro. They even have Mexican chorizo. I nearly cried while eating them. Great service, best price, I will be coming back daily for lunch. I hope they start doing breakfast tacos soon.

Music blaring a bit too loud and it is a small place but come on….this is a strip mall….it is probably totally correct for the venue. Food was very good. Nice diversity of choices…probably nice if they had some mole sauce but still very good steak plate my father said. Good service. Prices seem a touch higher than Baja’s but this has a slightly more restaurant feel to it. Give it a try!

I've had the hard tacos and the breakfast burritos, both were great. The burritos are the first I found in the area that are similar to breakfast burritos I got in the Southwest and they are pretty large sized. I like pairing it with their green sauce. The staff is new and figuring things out, but they were very friendly and accommodating. Every time I've visited it's taken about 5 minutes for them to prepare my to-go order. I've been there three times now and will definitely visit again.
