Blount Clam Shack on the Waterfront

Long wait when I arrived, but well worth it.

I tried the giant lobster roll with butter and dill mayo on the side. I didn't care much for the butter, coming from someone who doesn't generally like dill, they got the dill mayo down right. The portion was very generous and it was delicious down to every bite. It came with kale coleslaw on the side, which complimented the meal well and the fries were great to pick on.

Being from NY, I'm not sure what the atmosphere is like during the fall season, but it was the perfect setting when I went. It was a clean outdoor setting. And a huge plus for allowing dogs. I will definitely head back here when I'm in the area.

Great 1/4 lb lobster roll with touch of mayo! Clam cakes more like hush puppy fritters than a crab cake. Generous side of Onion rings with fried platters. Nice live music and beautiful sunset too for my birthday dinner!! (Note: only bathrooms are Porta-potties).

Nice seafood spot by the ocean only open for the summer. Relaxing views and looking down I see BILLIONS of clam shells walking on them under my feet. Great tasting battered fried seafood and clam chowder. I had the giant Lobster Roll with dill pickled mayo and butter on the side. Just straight up good ????

The best and freshest seafood in the area. The lobster roll was absolutely delicious. No previously frozen food here. The New England clam chowder is creamy and delicious. The fried clams are awesome. It is definitely worth the wait in line, just be prepared for at least a half hour wait. Also the acoustic guitarist was very good.

Blount Clam Shack is great! Me and my family had white chowder, clam cakes, fried clams, and fries, which were all great! The water bottles weren’t cold for some reason but besides that, really awesome food and a nice outdoor seating experience on the water. I would recommend if you want to get outside for dinner, but be aware that it will be quite busy on the weekends.
