My advice to the management... Want to make it work better? Put crew on the counter for walk in's.. and a separate crew for drive through... Make it a four sandwich maximum for the drive through. More than four sandwiches can be ordered at the window but then have them pick it up inside.. or simply make a crew for drive through only so the service is faster..!
