After fifty two years of visiting this area I just found out a few
months ago that Carmella’s has pizza
Sauce with no garlic and no onions and it’s DELICIOUS! Great toppings. Typical casual family friendly atmosphere. And you can buy by the slice! Unfortunately the thin crispy crust pie isn’t available by the slice. But no place is perfect.
Thanks Carmella’s! You’re now my go to place for pizza in Rhode Island! ????????

Great salad, pizza was absolutely delicious. Seating was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. We’ll be back!

Went after a long day of travel expecting good pizza, maybe a small salad. But the salad menu captured my heart! Tried the Buffalo Chicken salad, an outstanding mix of buffalo sauce marinated chicken over greens with your choice of dressing. The salad was a meal! The cheese slice was wonderful, with the crust providing a flavorful backdrop for the sauce and cheese.
Took coworkers back two nights later where we experienced the garlic goodness of the Popeye pizza, a Pepperoni slice, and an antipasto that was better than most.
Dine in or take out. This shop can meet the dining needs of a football or baseball team, or an intimate first date!

We enjoyed our sandwiches very much, next time we're in town we'll get pizza! This is a great place to call ahead, the dining area is limited. Also if you wait until you're hungry to come in and order (like we did), you'll be starving by the time you get your food! Busy place! That's a good thing!

Amazing homemade meatball/sauce on the meatball/sausage grinder. I recommend anyone try it at least once. Come here once a week for that delicious grinder. Pizza is great too, staff is friendly.
