Charco Grill & Pizza

What a fantastic little hole in the wall that I decided to try thanks to my boyfriend suggesting it. Based on the name you wouldn't think it is a Portuguese restaurant but the Portuguese food was definitely the forefront. I ordered the $7 fish plate, it came with 2 pieces of fish and a huge helping of rice and this delicious pasta salad. The fish was lightly battered and fried to perfection with the inside glistening from the perfect cook. They also had chicken, beef, cheese and columbian (i think) empanadas so obviously I had to try pretty much one of each besides the cheese but that was because I thought the columbian one was filled with cheese but it was actually chicken and vegetables and was amazing! The chicken and beef empanadas were a little plain but were still good. I see what the appeal of this place is, I will definitely be stopping in for lunch again!

Exceptional! From the customer experience to the food, I am thoroughly impressed . . . Portion sizes are more than filling and made with love. I highly recommend. You will NOT be disappointed.
