    Wasn't bad, Wasn't great, Wasn't Starbucks. Just like going to Dunkin Donuts except I think the flavors of the coffee taste different than Dunkin.

    When a customer tells you to keep the change or the extra. Your response should be "Thank you". 2x this week there, there was no response or I got a "k".
