    We just visited this evening, tried nearly all the skewers (including the gizzards and hearts). Everything was delicious, but I was especially fond of the sausage and the Korean pork belly. The belly had a topping of chopped kimchee and a slightly sweet glaze that combined to be tasty.
    We'll be visiting again soon.

    Had Tofu and Brussels Small Plates for apps and the Make Your Own Ramen for dinner. Food was amazing, very excited to have this option in our neighborhood. Have a nice selection of Sake and good beer choices, will definitely be returning

    brand new.... traditional flavors with a little unconventional twist... had a little of everything different element from the menu (noodles, appetizer, spicy tuna bowl, etc) and was pleasantly surprised with all

    BEST sushi around! The Tsubai Maki roll (spicy salmon) is my FAVORITE. The ramen is absolutely incredible. You wouldn’t believe how gorgeous the inside of the restaurant is until you step inside. Phenomenal service, perfect aesthetic, and it’s something new! 100% recommend Ebisu and wish I knew it was around sooner! Thank you :)
