Bar'Lino Pizzeria e Ristorante

Being a sister restaurant of massimo we had high hopes while visiting bar Lino. We were let down by the slow and inattentive service. The salads were delicious, but the carbonara was not good. I don’t think I can recommend this restaurant due to its high prices and mediocre food.

The service was great. I think everyone on the floor stopped by our table at least once. The drinks were delicious, and the calamari was fried perfectly. I wouldn't recommend the lemon cheesecake. Way too much zest!

Convenient location right off the highway, very nice looking inside, amazing/attentive service from our server (he was even offering to get us more water after we paid & were hanging out talking), food amazing & authentic tasting. The gnocchi was homemade and served in a very hot skillet. You can get pasta as a side option in addition to the usual fries/salad sides (any shape pasta & any sauce!) which I loved. We got three of the pizza flavors & all were delicious & cooked perfectly! Also has a parking lot! We live close so this is very exciting. We’ll be back many many times!

Great ambiance and a nice location with plenty of parking at night. We had a reservation via OpenTable and were taken promptly. Despite being fully booked (other walk-ins were turned away because of no space), the food came out very quick. Appetizers were out in less than 15 minutes after we got there and it was less than 15 minutes more for our main course. The chicken parmigiana was very tender and tasty and the pepperoni pizza was excellent as well! Our server was very friendly and attentive. So happy to have another great restaurant in Johnston!
