Sorrento Restaurant

I've now been here twice. It's an unassuming place, and I didn't expect too much when I was given a gift certificate, but now it's one of my favorite restaurants. The menu is diverse, but not overwhelming, and there's plenty of vegetarian options. Everything I've had here is just amazing.

The service is good, but beware, this isn't a place to eat in a hurry. And that's a GOOD thing. This is a perfect date night place. You have plenty of time to eat the complimentary bread, your appetizer, have a drink, and eat your dinner and dessert without being rushed. Unlike at other restaurants, you can eat your appetizer and finish it before they put your dinner on the table. You can digest your drink before leaving.

I really think this is the best Italian restaurant around, and I am so glad that I was given a gift certificate to this place.

Food is great! Like the casual atmosphere. Depending on who you get the service can be a little slow but everyone is super nice. Nice wine selection too.

My first visit and I cannot wait to go back !! The food was fantastic. I have never had veal this tender. The table next to us had veal and peas and kept saying the same thing. Very friendly atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and try Sorrento's

Been there for dinner a dozen times or more.... usually sit at bar as it is friendly and the women behind the bar are very efficient and pleasant...the last couple of times it has been too busy so we had to sit at a table... the service is slow, no really slow. The waitresses we encountered didn't come to table till we almost left, it was so long, then took drink order and we waited and waited... when she came back we ordered immediately so she wouldn't get away again for who knows how long! The food was good but the service makes experience less than favorable...
