“Ordered from this place because I love their sticky chicken ... big misunderstanding when they got my order wrong .. try to call back to get my order fixed and they basically refused to fix it .. so customer service went down the drain .. lady was kind of rude as I was just trying to fix the misunderstanding .. ended up just buying my order the correct way ..got my rice after ordering again and THEY BURNT IT .. it was definitely on purpose.... word of advice customer is always right ! I wasn’t being rude or anything very unsatisfying never ordering from here again ..”

“This is a review long overdue. My wife and I moved back to RI from from FL and landed in the Pawtucket area. We have tried many restaurants in the area to no avail until we tried Olly's and that was it. This is our restaurant for awhile now and we order 2-3 times a week. Pizza is awesome and the fish and chips, clam cakes, the club sandwiches are huge and delicious. We've tried many things here and it is all fantastic. Actually my wife just got in from there a few minutes ago and we ordered last night. We encourage everyone who hasn't tried to go and order whatever you want, you won't be disappointed that's for sure. The staff is friendly, polite, they all work very hard and it shows!!!..Oh and the desserts are great too.. Not matter how busy they are, they always take pride in your order and make you feel welcome. Thank you all for the awesome food and the great hospitality.”
