Disappointed with my meal tonight. Burnt mushroom garnish on my mac n cheese and soggy sweet potato fries. Other branches are much better.
Stumbled across this place on a rainy day while very hungry. Generally don't go out of my way to dine at vegan restaurants, but I'm glad I gave this place a chance. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was very friendly.
This is a great place to go if you are vegan or has a friend who is vegan. We just went here for my little brothers birthday. He is vegan so it was perfect. He had the original burger which he loved and I enjoyed one of their salad bowls. A little pricey but that's what you have to expect from a vegan place. You are investing in your health by eating food that is good for you. They also have beer on tap which nice. They had UFO White which is brewed in the Harpoon brewery in Boston so it's pretty local. Best part was they even have vegan desserts so my brother was able to have a birthday cupcake for dessert. I forgot what kind he got but it was stuffed with raspberry. Yum!
Excellent foods and service. If you haven't been there you gotta go even if you're not vegan. Guarantee you'll love everything.
the food here is superb, I'm very pleased with the quality and flavor of the food, as well as the portions are incredibly generous. However I give it 4 stars; because, I find it incredibly elitist that this place only allows you to pay with a credit/ debit card. Many low-income or underprivileged folks do not have the ability to accrue credit that would allow them to have a credit card. Or even the ability to open up a bank account that would allow them to have a debit card. So I find that this place really only caters to those of the privileged Brown students and Rich east end residents that occupy the area. I love the food here but socially I would really appreciate it if they thought about their lower-income clientele and provided an option to use cash as a form of payment.
