(August 10, 2021, 9:39 pm)Excellent food, great people! I usually get chicken for my main protein but they recommended steak and I couldn't be more pleased. I ended up with a steak bowl and the steak is thin and almost pan fried into little bites of heaven. It's very well seasoned and compliments the rice and beans in the bow nicely. The pico is also extremely flavorful. I also got a few pupusas, the loroco, bean and cheese and pork, and they were all amazing. The cabbage topping is not a sweet coleslaw but a slightly acidic, marinated cabbage which balances out the heavier filling nicely.
I highly recommend stopping by this food truck. I know I'll be back!
