Federal Taphouse & Kitchen

I came here on a Saturday afternoon for some lunch and drinks with friends. We were able to find parking a few streets down and walked over to the restaurant. The inside was pretty busy, they do brunch on Saturdays with bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary's so I could see why they'd be so popular. The waitress Dawn was so friendly and great, she checked in on us a few times and made sure the food was good. The 1/4 chicken was nice and moist and the peas with bacon were a good side. I also thought the prices were really reasonable considering the amount of food. I'd recommend a visit in.

One of my favorite places to visit! The food and drinks are always good. Best atmosphere and the bartenders are always super friendly. Kellie is always so friendly and makes the best drinks. Always making everyone that walks in feeling welcome!

AMAZING! Great drinks and super delicious food!! They have a gluten free menu upon request. I ordered the gluten free nachos with shredded chicken and gluten free chicken wings. The nachos were loaded with toppings and large enough to share. The chicken wings came with 2 dipping sauces. Both were AMAZING!! Fun spot.

My wife and I shared the most amazing app of clams casino, then we shared a pitcher of their white sangria which was a little drier than I expected but was still refreshing and it was actually quite good. For dinner I had the half chicken with 2 sauces and 2 sides. I was disappointed when it came to the table because I had asked for double pan gravy and they sent a gravy boat with a very nice pan gravy but the other one was a zesty BBQ sauce, which may have been a great sauce in its own right but when you expect one thing and get another it does ruin the experience a bit. The chicken was a little dry as well but did taste quite good especially with the pan gravy.
