I know they are constantly busy from around 6 to 10 pm but my food gets delivered in a timely manner all the time. I love New China and their service!

This place has always been good, but in the past few months they have gotten better and better. Your standard American Chinese food done REALLY well. Super fresh. Great prices and huge portions. They seriously give you a ton of food. The pork lomein is some of the best I have ever had. Full of strips of tender roasted pork and no skimping on the onions and cabbage. The wings are huge and crispy and you get 10 for less than $8, which unheard of these days. Beef teriyaki is always perfect, never dry or tough. An order of sweet and sour chicken costs $8 and you get a pint box so full it literally won't close of bite sized golden battered balls of fried chicken and a tub of sweet and sour sauce on the side, and a half pint of rice. Excellent, fresh, inexpensive.

I work at a restaurant as well and I understand that sometimes it can get very hectic when it is busy people have to learn patience and great things come to those who wait honestly the food in this restaurant is excellent because I tried restaurant around all of providence and this one has the best quality and quantity. I completely recommend this restaurant.

Way too much salt in the food, extremely greasy. Probably great for drunk food but makes you feel like passing out immediately after consuming. Crab rangoons are good though.
