What an awesome tapas restaurant. From the exquisite drink menu to the spot on and incredibly flavorful food. This place is one of the best tapas restaurants you will ever find. The outdoor seating was great. The staff were awesome. Attentive and respectful. The biggest hit though was the food. The spicy potatoes and the sherry mushrooms are essential. The asparagus croquettes and falafel sliders might be under the radar but man are they impressive. The garlic shrimp was a can’t miss and the Murcia was something truly special we also tried the lamb lollipops and the chicken kebab skewers. Overall this place is phenomenal and if you are in providence this is a must hit restaurant.

We enjoyed an exceptional meal and extraordinary service at Palo this evening... Sophia’s service was stellar in every way. Her style, personality, demeanor, timing, menu suggestions, fun-facts and humorous anecdotes... all perfect. The food was truly memorable. Too many Tapas items were ordered to list them all, but each one was delicious and beautifully prepared and presented. The cocktails were expertly crafted and truly amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Beautiful wooden interior with lovely details on the walls, light fixtures, etc. As far as Covid protocols, they get an A+

I am so glad I came across Palo while spending time in Providence. The food is excellent. The chef clearly has extensive experience in cuisines across the globe and has infused some of that into this mediterranean experience. The result - delicious Tapas with an inventive flair. And the chef is present and happy to share his story. His staff is also equally committed to providing a great experience for the guests. The space is well over 100 years and is beautiful, as is the expansive bar custom made from Walnut wood. You can't go wrong with this choice. And they are highly attentive to safety measures with Covid, so you will feel comfortable.

Every thing we ordered was inspired by an experience. The owner is well traveled and it shows in his masterful creations . The decor sets you in a place far from New England. Dining here is the ultimate celebration of food.
