The Point Tavern

I was in the area doing volunteer work when I stopped by . I found it an extremely friendly neighborhood spot with a friendly bartender .They offer food late at night and the outside patio area is a definite addition. I would definitely try this place again and suggest that you do also. Next time I'll try the food (looked great) and update my review.

Great spot to relax and have a drink. Nice whiskey selection. Outdoor seating in the summer. Friendly spot.

Went during Sunday Brunch twice. They sell mimosas by bottle which is great. You do need to order at the bar but it is not a huge overcrowded bar to order from. The Chicken and Biscuit with Eggs Benedict was superb. Shrimp and Grits is also fantastic. The music is also really good as the place loves a vibe of Otis Redding.

Point tavern is a fantastic spot for a snack and a great drink. Just had their Sunday brunch and it was fantastic. All throughout the winter they get a rotating food truck or catering chef that runs the kitchen so it's fun to see how the menu changes seasonally. Highly recommend checking this place out, bartenders are also fantastic.
