    Waited exactly 23 minutes in the drive thru. Asked for ketchup packets, didn't get any. Food was good though.

    Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a large order and it was filled fast, correct and I was given shopping bags to make it easier to carry. This Wendy's was a pleasure to visit.
