The Nordic

This place is sooo amazing. I've been twice. The people who work there are so nice with good spirits and very helpful. The grounds are Gorgeous. It's really nice to just be able to relax on the premises and enjoy the great view and the experience. My only problem and the reason why I gave 4 stars is that the lobster tails can be chewy......It's still a great place though and completely worth it.

The MOST OUTSTANDING restaurant I have EVER been to. Better come hungry! Best service too! Family run restaurant.....DESTINATION! EVERYBODY should try it at least once YOU'LL GET HOOKED!

Wow this place is amazing! They have a great assortment of foods!! Several different dishes of seafood, meats and desserts!!! The price seems steep but if you're a seafood eater than it is easy to eat $103 worth of seafood. I was more than satisfied with my visit here. Our table had four people one of them being my 7 year old son and altogether we ate 11 lobsters, 6dz oysters on the half shell, 2dz cold shrimp, 2dz scallops and bacon, a dozen king crab legs, 3 cups worth of garlic scallops and shrimp, half dz stuffed shrimp, a dozen Chocolate covered strawberries, some prime rib, a few chicken wings and a few other assorted desserts!!! The food is absolutely divine. The service is phenomenal, every time our shell bowls got full the waitress was right there to empty them and had plates cleared fast. Also kept up on drinks being refilled. They have a nice seating area outside, also hammocks around the pond. I would highly recommend going at least once for an awesome experience you'll never forget!!!!

We drove five hours to go to this buffet after seeing phenomenal reviews. Current pricing per person is $103 (including tax) which you pay before you’re seated. Everything they had was fresh, hot, and well prepared. Staff was super knowledgeable and very friendly. Water & soft drinks are included in your cost, any frozen or alcoholic drinks are not included and you receive an additional bill before you leave (which can also be used to tip your server).

The Nordic Lodge was a bit out of my comfort zone however I thoroughly enjoyed myself. As a Jamaican who enjoys highly spiced foods, it was okay. Our server was Kory and he made our group feel amazing. I had never cracked open a lobster before however he taught me what to do and assisted with it as well. The staff, the service, the amenities, the ambiance and the grounds were superb. I would definitely revisit if the opportunity arises.
