“I just went for a coffee for my daughter. One of the baristas... a young lady with tinted hair and braids was working.... I've been in the food business my whole life and a chef for over 30 years.... I've never seen anyone move so quickly, with such skill and fluid movement. She was amazing. She worked circles around the others. She should be running the store. I was very impressed with her skills. I wish half of my staff could work like that!”

You don't feel rushed and as if they are totally disinterested in even dealing with you, as you see in many establishments today. To feel valued is important and this Starbucks has that nailed down.
