Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The food was pretty good. Dirty rice is great! My husband and I dined in. Their service structure needs a lot of work. The workers take turn using the same register. There are screens in the back for the kitchen, but not for up front. There is food displayed by the register where each employee goes after taking orders and trying to plate the food. This seems like an odd placement considering it might be easier to turn around and have the food put out by the kitchen and easily accessible. They use receipts to fulfill the orders, but get them mixed up and throw some away on accident, so everyone has to explain their order again after already waiting. For some reason they put fries in a bag at all times (like when putting them in a box meal, or putting them on a plate for here.

Besides the wait times and the chaos behind the counter, the food was good! I'd go back as long as I have the time for it.
