Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

You gotta love the store. My husband had to pretty much take my hand and pull my to the table because I kept getting distracted by all the shiny things. The staff is very nice. The food is OK. It's good. I like the store more. ????

Want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Rachel, the hostess who was working the front Wednesday morning! We were traveling thru Aiken with my 14 year old fur baby and, even though it was a cool morning, were scared to leave him outside in the car. I asked her if we could be seated near the window so that I could keep an eye on my vehicle and explained my reason. She asked if he was well behaved and I explained that he receives anxiety medication when traveling and was slightly sedated but is otherwise he was quiet and obedient . She then suggested that I bring him in with me, seating us in the corner away from everyone else and even offered him a pillow to lay on. She went above and beyond to make me and my little man comfortable and I will never forget her for that. Rachel, you are the best!

The service was great. Our food came out quickly. Everyone enjoyed our meals. There were many choices on the menu for all of us, we were a party of 8.

Very consistent. Food is always good. People are always polite. My server seemed preoccupied with something else and so I didn't see her much. Always some good bargains in the store.
