    The store was great and food was as expected. Only complaint is ordering through the app I thought would save time and order would be ready when I arrived, it was not started until I arrived, causing me to nearly be late for work.

    This is my favorite McDonald's that I have ever been to. The customer service is great and they get your order right. I have even had the staff bring my order to my table when I have had my hands full with my 3 little ones! My kids love the indoor playground which has tables and a TV with Nicktoons. I live on the southside which has it's own McDonald's, but I drive across town specifically to go to the Richland Ave location if I am dining in with my kids.

    I went to this McDonald's early in the morning they were busy but still managed to get me in and out. The cashier was really nice. It was clean. Good prices for okay food like always. Its modern and updated which makes it feel more welcoming. I still wish they would have all day lunch though.
