Good food at an adequate location. Don't go in expecting high class or even great fast food environment, and you'll probably walk out happy (I did).
That said, here are some details from my most recent visit. Keep in mind it was the first day of their all you can eat special promotion:
It took only 5 minutes to get our food. They were initially out of tartar sauce and cocktail sauce, though they found some before we left. They had no straws, medium lids, or ice in the lobby, but they had them if you asked at the counter. Every trash can was overflowing and every table in the place was at least a little dirty, even though 3/4 of the restaurant was unoccupied. They had emptied the trash before we left.

The food was good,but I waited 30 minutes after I ordered to get it. The young man that took my order obviously didn't want to be there. He was a bit rude. The manager was very nice,however. I'll go back,but they have to work on their timing and customer service.
