Picked 2 breakfast bowls up while going thru NA, service was quick.

My experience here is Always pleasant and especially when Mr Anthony is working. He has a way of brighten your day starting from the drive thru to the pick up window. Anthony is professional but yet so pleasant and have outstanding customer service . My experience with going inside has been nothing more than pleasant as well just to see how Anthony take care of all his customers with such a pleasant smile and having patience with them to decide what they want while still maintaining that smile!! Anthony is a great asset to your restaurant!!!

I love Krystal they got good food it may be little but it's good but this is me now you may not think the same way

We enjoyed it. Great service. We drove an hour just get Krystal's. The food was hot and yummlious!! The only problem was the ladies bathroom was dirty.

I I visited the location in North Augusta SC last week morning shift had a horrible experience from staff to food. I did my survey and someone reached out to me immediately and made a courtesy meal available for me to try again and she reassured me it would be handled. So today I visited this same location. WOW a completely different experience. Antonio and the cashier were outstanding. The store was very nice and clean. I was greeted by both employees and food made fresh brought to my table. These few employees have reassured me of Krystals being good ????????????
