Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We went on June 2nd in the late evening. Altogether we ordered the classic shrimp scampi for appetizer, the salad with vinaigrette and bread sticks, and the zucchini pasta noodles with peppers. My fiance also ordered a cheesy pasta dish. Our server was "India" and she was phenomenal!! Very attentive to our table, our refills and provided prompt checkout service along with bagging our Togo boxes and bringing a Togo drink. We will return as both our trips have been 5 star rating. The decor of the restaurant is exquisite! A real fine touch of interior design and Decorating. We forgot we were in Anderson while we were there.

This place is super fast! Usually we have a couple bowls of soup and salad before our entrees come out but we barely started eating then our entrees came out. It seemed pretty busy but they’re definitely quick! I can appreciate that. All of the food was hot and fresh and sooooo delicious.

As an overall experience... At first I was a little intimitaded by the bill, then I saw the servings. Wow. Our waitress, Heather, did an amazing job, right on top of our order, but not being overbearing or pushy, just polite enough to check in every now and then. I would love to assume the rest of the waitresses and waiters have the same attitude. Atmosphere was decent enough and there is a full bar, with stools, at the front of the restaurant. I very much want to rate a five, but... As I said, the bill, they are serving soup, salad and pasta. It might not hurt to step it down a notch or two. I'm not going to say what I ordered, but if the everything else was as good as what I had... YUM. All in all, four stars. Good atmosphere, good food and great service. Just a little pricey for the average bear.

We were able to be seated immediately. The server was great -- pleasant and very attentive. We waited just a little for our salads, but our food was out in good time. Very nice meal off the lunch menu.

Called ahead to reserve a table and was told they only reserve for a party of 10 or more (there was 6 of us). Waited for half an hour for a table. After getting a table we sat there for 20 minutes till we flagged a waitress down and asked if someone could wait on us. The manager was super nice and apologized. Food was excellent! There was so much that we all had to get to go boxes.
