My first review was a complete mistake! I pocket reviewed this place. The food is great here! its always easy to get a seat and they got plenty of good sweet tea. Manager even made sure my order was right when I think they where training a new girl. This is a business that cares about its customers

We were visiting the Clemson area for the weekend and came across this little restaurant. Order at the counter and pay first. Great 1/2 Chicken plate. My husband had the Brisket and the BBQ Pork, he loved his as well. Decent prices and great food!

Great barbeque.we saw the sights on the highway and drove in very glad we did. We were VERY pleased with the dry rub ribs and brisket we had.We would definitely go back.not a wonder this place has won tons of awards. We bought rub and sauces to go!! Highly recommend!!

Personally, I wont be going back. The employees were extremely nice, and the restaurant was very clean. The food, however, wasn't something I would come back for. My husband and I paid $30 for pulled pork plates. The portions were really small for that price. But at the end of the day the taste is what I cared for least. I didn't find their sauces to be something I like. The macaroni had tons of cheese, but no pepper and barely any salt. Their baked beans don't taste like what I am used to with baked beans. They are more like "chili beans" my dad would make. We sat outside because it was nice. While we were out there we overheard a man sitting at the other table ask his group if they liked it. 3 of them did, but 2 of them voiced the same thoughts as me. So, while I may not like it I think everyone should try it for themselves.
