Had the Baja chicken wrap. It was the the best thing I've ordered from there so far.

To me some of the smoothies taste bland. They do use high quality ingredients but some recipes might need some tweaking. The food is excellent. Overall it is an expensive experience with mixed results based in the flavor smoothie you choose.

I am new to this restaurant, the one in powdersville, my daughter mentioned it yesterday and how great things here were, so I decided to stop in for a smoothie and something to eat. I have to say I was NOT disappointed!! The smoothie is FANTASTIC and the chicken bacon ranch flatbread I had was just as awesome. I really enjoyed it!!

I absolutely love the smoothies here. I had health problems where I had to use smoothies to get certain nutrients. I was going to smoothie king but their smoothies lack flavor. My boyfriend suggested trying here at the one in five forks. For the last year I could only get one if I was in simpsonville or on Pelham. Now that there is one 15 minutes from me I am so excited! And Samantha is awesome! She is a breath of fresh air in the mornings! So much energy! I love it! I like when the people who work somewhere have life about them. It makes the experience amazing.
