    I've gotten on a SEC biscuit kick recently. They are always good. Got the sampler, too, last time. Great.

    The food was great and made fresh. The lady at the drive thru on the other hand was to busy talking on the phone to take an order. While i was ordering our food you could hear there conversation. Other than that i was very pleased

    I initially posted a 1 star review for horrible service and waiting nearly 45 minutes for food. I stopped by a few days ago to give it another try and was very pleasantly surprised. The crew was completely different. They were courteous and efficient. The food was good and it came very quickly.

    I was met with smiles and welcomed in, it felt like I was dining with family. Great friendly service, good hot food, and my order was correct the first time. I visit this location every time I'm in the area. I'm from Chattanooga, Tennessee and it makes me feel like home.

    Has this Hardee’s had issues? Yes. However it seems they are pulling there big boy/girl pants up and are working through them with new management. Customer service has improved and business is picking back up. This restaurant is a gathering place for many of our local seniors and they are treated with respect and dignity.
