“Went in today and got a cup of coffee, noticed that there were coffee grounds in my cup. The manager, Michael, quickly came over, fixed a fresh carafe of coffee and apologized for the problem. We chatted while the coffee was brewing and I was amazed at the amount of customer service that he displayed. Michael is definitely an asset to this store and to the 7-11 company. He displayed true leadership qualities and I left the store with a smile. Not once did he ever get frustrated, he just got the job done. Amazing customer service, especially from a gas station. I hope Michael goes far with this company because he definitely has leadership qualities. Great job!”

“The Bleckley Inn is a small boutique hotel situated in downtown Anderson, SC. Everything about the Bleckley exudes quality and understated elegance without being stuffy. The building and decor are inviting, the rooms (we booked suite #11) are spacious with comfortable beds, enormous bathrooms and conveniences such as kitchens and washer/dryers. A buffet style breakfast served in an historic part of the hotel, is delicious and is free to hotel guests. There is free parking for hotel guests just steps from the entrance. The staff are pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the hotel, nearby restaurants and local history. Managers Shelby and Andrew are outstanding. These folks define the word "hospitality". Every aspect of our experience was delightful...truly five-star. Ken Evans”
