First Watch - Bluffton

Favorite place to eat in town!! Love their morning meditation drink!! Food is delicious and clean and healthy. The staff has aways been friendly and welcoming. They have expanded the place so there is a lot more space but it still have a cozy feel to it. Love this place every time I go to S. Carolina this is my breakfast/lunch spot!

The Best, absolutely THE Best pancakes I’ve ever tasted, hands down ! All orders are made to perfection and I may have tried every breakfast on The First Watch menu in the 30 years I have been going, beginning in 1990, in Cincinnati !
Such great service here at this particular one in Bluffton - professional, knowledgeable, and engaging.
I highly recommend First Watch, anywhere, for the best breakfasts.
And, the lunch menu is delightful !

Everything was awesome from the time we entered! Courteous & pleasant host; Waitress quick to take & bring our drink order, give recommendations when asked, & pleasant but attentive when we needed time to peruse the menu.
Consisting of breakfast and lunch the menu is filled with some traditional offerings and many adventurous yet inviting entrees. There is a limited time offer seasonal menu as well. Dominated with fresh and house prepared ingredients, the menu includes health conscious and some no extra charge gluten free items.

After ordering a traditional breakfast (2 eggs, bacon, house roasted potatoes, & waffle) plus a side of grits and the seasonal crab omelette, we added a juice from the juice bar menu to enjoy while waiting. Our meal was delivered in a very timely manner, however, it would've been well worth a lengthier wait as everything was incredibly delicious and generously proportioned.
Definitely worthy of a second visit and worth the trip from Savannah! Hope to see one closer to home in the future! $-$$ entrees.

Very chic and trendy. The food selection was fantastic. I saw things on the menu that I didn't think I could have for breakfast. The service here is extremely attentive; you will absolutely not go for any length of time unnoticed. The food was great and I would definitely come back.

Fabulous food. Wonderful service! Miss Emily is a very attentive and gracious server. Kudos to her and all the staff at First Watch. 56 stars!!!! Second visit: We went back the next day also. Fabulous service! The host at the entrance, Tim, remembered us from yesterday (nice guy). Miss Claire served us this time. She is wonderful also: courteous and attentive. Miss Claire, Miss Emily, Tim, Arty and everyone there are wonderful!!! Kudos!!! 74 stars! Try the Million Dollar Bacon! A great place to dine!!!
