Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Usually very good. But been a bit slack lately. No chicken in the chicken fajitas, no ground beef for tacos. No shrimp and corn on the cob in the low country boil. I'd like to see the quality and attention to details improve.

That said, the staff is very nice and helpful.

The restaurant was clean, well stocked, and waitresses and waiters were well groomed. The appearance of the food was fresh and well stocked and the cooks weren't dirty looking. The taste of the good was great, we really enjoyed it and look forward to going again. Our waiter was amazingly friendly to us and our baby.

For very good prices, I have not experienced a better buffet "spread" than that offered by the Golden Corral. It is gigantic and well organized. Every offering was fully stocked and if not quickly re-stocked. I "read" this as very good management and the employees are totally committed to helping customers in every way they can.
We had about 30 or more men eat there before a meeting and everyone thought as I did.
All tables were cleaned promptly and this is important. The person taking very good care of us was constantly present and always asked if we had any need at all. Our soft drinks, tea, etc., were re-filled w/out asking.
My hat is off to Golden Coral!
The food in some cases was prepared in different ways for choices. The food was also very good.
I am going to become a customer for sure.

Its 50/50 whether the food will be good. My advice go early. As for atmosphere and staff. Everyone is very friendly and it's very casual. Pretty much come as you are.

It's a Golden Corral so didn't expect anything amazing but was pleasantly surprised. Most of the food was tasty and fairly fresh. I appreciated the selection of vegetable sides. Avoid the grilled chicken from the taco section; it would give shoe leather a run for its money. The cashier was a real nice guy even and didn't make us feel like jerks for asking if this location offered a military discount (they do not).
