The food was DELICIOUS!!! I would definitely come back next time I'm in Bluffton. Our server, Giana was very friendly and the kitchen staff got our food out in a timely manner.
We were just passing through on our way back home from Florida, and just happened upon this amazing place. This is the best barbecue I have ever had in my life! Service and atmosphere was nice, food was out of this world!
Ellisa was great, she created an atmosphere of family. Fried pork chops are always a favorite. The Lima beans delicious, on the sweet side but the Okra, the best. Very little breading and nice size to chomp on. The honey cornbread is good. But you eat it for dessert. I would love to have fried cornbread with my meal. And the honey cornbread for dessert. Great job Hot Mama's! Four of us have been coming for awhile. We reaching out to friends to encourage them to enjoy a Southern homestyle comfort meal.
We stopped here on the in for a long weekend with friends... they have indoor and outdoor seating..the waitress was attentive, kept our drinks full and got our food right... there is a lunch special with one "meat" and 3 sides for 10.99... as you can see it was a LARGE portion for lunch... the okra was fresh with a good crunchy breading..baked beans were flavorful has peppers in them... broccoli was on the soft side(no crunch to it) was also seasoned..the french fries we good they were seasoned AFTER frying..the ranch there has a hot seasoning in it... the Hawaii 5 no flavored regular wings were good.. I guess because of the sweetness of the pineapple made them burn quick..but, were good.. sweet tea was OK.. the cornbread was sweet and had honey on it.. the country fried steak had brown gravy and was good with the loaded mashed potatoes.. again good portion for lunch...that steak with one side was 10.99 too...now let me get to the chili... that thing was delicious.. it has bbq sauce, cheese, cornbread, and brisket ends in the chili.. now that was delicious..the actually chili part kinda reminded you of Wendy's chili... they also have fried mac and cheese which my friend said was good.. the bathrooms and inside restaurant was clean... even had coconut oil hand scrub for you to use... good choice for lunch.. 2 meat and side plates, a bowl of chili and 5 wings and 2 teas was 46.00..
We went here for the first time last weekend and we were shocked how awesome this place is. Food came out quick and it was some of the best barbecue I've had in awhile.
