Piatti Hilton Head is not to be missed. To start we enjoyed fresh baked bread, olive oil and garlic butter complimented by Aperol Spritz and Daou from the extensive wine list. Appetizers included Cesar salad and lobster bisque topped with a light pastry. For dinner we enjoyed several selection including baked salmon, shrimp linguine and chicken with pesto pasta. For desert we shared moulton lava cake which was among the best we'd ever had.

Service was great provided by a sweet Italian young lady. And ambiance was standard Italian well within expectation.

Overall the food and experience were top notch, among Hilton Head's best.

We went with friends to Piatti. It is our favorite Italian eatery on the Island. My wife got halibut over home made fettuccine and I had short rib ravioli. All were in delicious house made sauces and fresh hand made pasta. They have a great wine selection and their pricing is very fair.
The chef came out to greet us which was great and our waitress Kseniia is the best!!
WHEN VISITING HILTON HEAD, YOU SHOULD PLAN ON EATING AT PIATTI!! You will be glad you did.

Actual Italian food, done very well. We only got 2 dishes and the bread but those dishes were next level. The Pici Alla Carrettiera was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The waitress we had would let you get whatever you wanted but if she recommended something with it she was right. This is a place I am concerned that might have a hard time staying open because it seems like they are not going to change the menu to just make Americans "Italian" food. But they are making fabulous actual Italian food. Please go it was Fantastic and I want to go back if I ever go to Hilton Head again.

Where to begin? Let’s start with simply walking into the restaurant. It has a super cozy laid back atmosphere with beautiful artwork on the walls & ceiling. We were seated promptly & the staff was super attentive. Kassumy did a stellar job. Giovanni was great & knew the wine selections like the back of his hand. The food was delicious from the appetizers we had calamari, the Napolitana, the clams, etc. My main course was the lobster ravioli & at first I didn’t think it was going to fill me up but I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, I give this place a 10 out of 10 & would definitely come again. Compliments to the chef!
