The Purple Cow coffees confections and cocktails

So delicious & packed with locals and vacationers alike! We got there just after 10pm to a nearly full house. We tried coconut cream pound cake w/ cinnamon ice cream, personal apple pie, hot fudge sundae with caramelized bananas, and Grandma's chocolate cake. Every bite of every one was just incredible! We ate & colored for an hour. So fun, but so yummy we didn't realize the failed to take pics if the desserts until they were gone. And as toy van see by our table "cloth" nary a morsel was missed! *HIGHLY* recommend. We'll be back next time we're in Hilton Head for sure!

I totally recommend this place! The deserts are great and made fresh. I got the Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sundae and a donut, the were amazing! This place is also plastic straw free which is great ;) Free WiFi, and family friendly. The place is a little small and service isn’t fast but it’s totally worth it. Everyone working is wonderful and so sweet! The decor is also very nice. 110% recommend :)

Dessert was good. Atmosphere and customer service was so strange. We had never been there before (we were on vacation) and the place is set up so weird that we didn’t know whether to sit first or order at the counter. We stood at the counter for a while confused on if someone would take our order. (I know there were people there first so definitely not saying it for time sake, but just saying it was a little awkward standing there not knowing what to do.) I’ve seen previous reviews on the owner being a somewhat aggressive communicator and I would have to agree. She was condescending and a little rude when bringing us our receipt. If you check some of her responses to other poor reviews, you’ll understand what I mean by condescending and rude. Such a bummer but the lack of welcoming gives me no desire to return.

Fantastic place for sweet treats! We visit Hilton Head for family vacation every year and luckily found this place a couple of years ago. The donuts are out of this world. You get to create your own custom flavors from a list of dough flavors, glaze flavors, and toppings. Bernie is always so kind and patient, as well!

The food itself earned a deserving 5/5, but the atmosphere/owner made it that much more special. The toasted marshmallow cheesecake and banana pudding were unreal. As fresh as it gets! If you’re visiting from anywhere, do yourself a favor and stop here every night of your vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
