Mi Tierrita Okatie Inc

This is by far our favorite Mexican restaurant in the lowcountry and we have been coming here for 10 years. We drive quite a distance to get there and it's always well worth the drive. The past month they have had a sign that says ''OUT OF AVOCADOS DUE TO MARKET PRICING'. How can a Mexican restaurant not have avocados and no guacamole? And since removing the guacamole from the dishes that usually come with it they don't offer any substitute, just an empty spot on the plate. The guacamole has always been expensive but worth it to us. I cannot understand how they charge almost $10 for guacamole but say they cannot afford to buy avocados with the large amount of business they do. They could easily purchase a bulk of them inexpensively at Sam's Club. Just some ''food for thought'.

Our waiter was surly. He made demands rather than offer help. The food was bland but passable. They did have a very friendly helpful girl assisting.

My very favorite Mexican place to eat. Everything is good! Also, they make the best Cadillac margaritas.

My family and I love this restaurant, the food is awesome, the staff makes you feel welcome every time, a great family establishment and homey atmosphere. Last but not least, their price’s are right, It’s worth checking out, don’t take my work for it.

Really enjoy the Mexican food.Their homemade chips and salsa are delicious. Their meals are great. Not fond of their pizza crust so we no longer get pizza from there. Pass on the pizza. Their crust is tasteless and not worth ordering. Our friends say the same thing.
