Great lunch spot! The service was excellent - very friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the spicy shrimp burger. The restaurant is adorable. I will definitely return!

Read two negative reviews but completely agree with all the positive ones. I have worked in customer service my entire working life. I was a server for almost 10 years and have seen some very unprofessional people in that position. So I have to say please don't judge a place because of one/first experience nor a specific person. We as people aren't perfect nor is a business as a whole a reflection of one person. I'm sure if it were brought to their attention it would be quickly corrected. Now for my review: it was AWESOME! As others have stated, very friendly and family feeling. They match so well with such an outstanding lil town. Food was amazing. Yes some of the portions were light but reasonably priced. You're getting quality not quantity. The crab cakes were beyond words I am from the Charleston area so seafood is our thing and the crab cakes were seasoned so perfectly I didn't need the sauce even tho it was great on the home cut fries. I waited all weekend to try the fried pickles and WOW they were worth it. I am a food enthusiast and cook and explore different culture's and techniques regularly. I was very pleased and will be back! Thanks Moon Doggies!

Absolutely perfect! Crab cakes are over the top. Service and ambience are excellent. Amber was a great server.

Great food and fast service. The crab stuffed flounder was superb. The pasta with house made sauce was fresh and delicious. Best hush puppies anywhere.

very small plates. The coconut shrimps were not flavorful. we waited a while for food and check. we were sent there for hamburgers and they did not have them on menu. All of a sudden when we leave they said they could of made them. Not sure it's worth driving for this place again will stick with Beaufort. Port Royal is worth the drive beautiful place to visit.
