Foods "Hot". And the beer is "Cold". Great little spot. Very friendly staff..

We had a wonderful evening. We tried a variety of things and everything was amazing!

The food was great, the service was fantastic. We my wife and I really enjoyed this restaurant.

Initially, we were actually headed to another restaurant but it was closed. As my husband continued to drive, I quickly googled "nearby seafood restaurants with a view" when this one came up. The reviews looked good so we continued the fairly short drive. Arriving at the community front gate, we had a moment of pause thinking our attire might be far too casual. The ladies working the front gate assured us that we were okay. Later, after a drive through the community of Dutaw Island, we were told that the only seats available at the restaurant were outside. Perfect, despite the cold! (There were outdoor heaters.)

After placing our orders, the sky looked so gorgeous that part of our party wondered a bit down the marina to view and capture some memorable sunset pictures. Afterwards, our food arrived. All four of us (2 tweens, my husband, and I) thoroughly enjoyed each entree that we ordered: margherita pizza, mahi with scallops and shrimp, grilled shrimp and crab cakes, and chicken fettuccine alfredo.

I highly recommend the restaurant for the food and for the sunsets. Even our tweens were excited, especially after capturing some beautiful photos on their phones and finding that the menu was large enough that each could have something they enjoyed.

We LOVE Morgan River Grill! The food is delicious and service...beyond compare. Ask for a table with a view on the back porch when your reservation is easily made on the website.
We have lived in the Beaufort area for 16 years and this is by far the best restaurant we've enjoyed. They have just recently opened so go quickly while it's still easy to get in!
