Literally the best Shrimp burger ever!!!! Open 11-2pm it's faster if you call ahead with your order then pick up. The line can get really long.

Fresh, fresh, fresh! Get there early, they open at 11, and there is no wait. Definitely a must if you are down in the area!

Very laid back. Simply order and pay then wait for your number to be called. I little expensive but I don't care.
Takes a bit to get your order but it's worth the wait plus it shows that the food isn't already cooked waiting on a customer.

I can appreciate a simple old fashioned seat-yourself & serve-yourself restaurant. As long as the food is great and the restaurant/facilities are clean and tidy. This was my experience. The food was fantastic. No matter what, make sure you order fried shrimp. You won't be dissatisfied. BUT it comes at a cost. I have extensive experience with seafood restaurants in Florida and South Carolina (particularly Florida). My only complaint its the price. My lunch consisted of fried shrimp, french fries, hush puppies and a sweet tea and cost approximately 13 dollars. Yes, I know you get what you pay for, and the food is great, BUT you don't have a server, most of the seating is outside on picnic tables by the road and the dining room is extremely small. It's basically like a smaller, congested, less sterile McDonald's experience with seafood instead of hamburgers. Food quality is all they can hang their hat on. Atmosphere is primitive, borderline haggard, but maybe that attracts beach tourists/vacationers. For me though, it will take more than tasty heart clogging fried food to justify the steep menu prices.
