Excellent dim sum and apps. House made sriracha and chili oil upon request. If you like spicy, you want it.
We live in Pawleys Island but drive to Daniel Island (80 miles) for our Chinese food at Dragon Palace. It’s well worth it by the way. Being from greater Boston originally we are used to high quality original Chinese cooking and we couldn’t find that in our part of SC until we discovered the Dragon Palace. No we regularly make the drive and really enjoy the food. Dragon Palace uses fresh ingredients, many local, to create popular chinese dishes that excel. This is our “ go to “ place for fresh delicious food, great service, and a beautiful decor. Try it, you’ll like it!
Really friendly service and good good. The pork fried rice was solid, as was the beef Mongolian. The Saturday dim sum menu looked really interesting, and I hope to try it next time I go, but I wish it was a little easier to understand.
The interior design really is impressive, especially for what I thought would be a standard shopping center Chinese restaurant.
After several visits to Dragon Palace I feel good in giving it an excellent review. The food has been delicious; the service has been excellent.
The interior furnishings are not your usual bland shopping center design, but rather a rich and ornate Chinese design.
The lunch menu--with which I am most familiar--is basic and does not stray from the expected dishes and typical preparation (Monday - Friday). Saturday is Dim Sum day; Sunday, closed.
