The crab cakes and fried green tomatoes here are delicious . Had a sandwich with both for lunch. They also have a crabby patty. (Burger with crabcake on it) The name itself made it worth a try for us. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable lunch. It wasn't a very long wait for a Sunday lunch either.
Pleasantly surprised. I've avoided coming here because the reviews tend to be so critical, but I'm glad I finally did. By no means is it the best seafood place in the Lowcountry, but with a derth of sit down restaurants in Goose Creek, this is one worth checking out. The place was clean, no sticky tables or menus. The staff was polite, both server and manager were kind and attentive. They have a decent bar and beer selection. The food ordered, fried flounder and shrimp, were fresh and cooked properly. The sides were decent, though I'd skip the collard greens next time. All in all, a good option for cold beer and fried seafood without having to leave the Creek.
The waitresses there are very friendly. The food is pretty good but kind of pricey. If you want shrimp or catfish is better to get all you can eat because it's only like $10 more.
It's a nice place for seafood. They offer fried and broiled seafood. They do offer land food. The portions are good and the food taste good. The She Crab soup is thick and rich. We all cleaned our plates.
Service is friendly and attentive. The dining rooms gave a nautical theme. The the space for large groups and the couple as well
We will go back again.
