At this location Quick to take down the fan favorite Grand Nachos Box. No mention of it in the store. I guess they still offer it BUT you will have to ask for it 'off menu's or order online

My husband ordered from the drive-thru on Tuesday evening. 2 power bowls, with a few extra "toppings". He realized after leaving the store, that although he was charged for the correct order, the order was not correct. None of the extras were added, and one ingredient was missing from our orders all together.

I phoned the store to ask, because I wasn't sure if servings had been reduced or if the order was actually wrong. The young man who answered did confirm that the extras didn't sound as though they had been added, and he took my name. He told us that when we could get back to the store this week, just give them my name and place the order again and it would be made right at no charge.

We don't really see a need to go through all of that. We ate what we were given. It wasn't COMPLETELY wrong. We just didn't get the extras. I do appreciate the willingness to correct the mistake, and that's why I gave this review 4 stars.
