Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The food is always hot and the service is always friendly.

I ordered my most favorite salad last night a few mins prior to closing. I always get the fried chicken house salad with the chicken being tossed in tongue torch sauce with no dressing. Half of the time they get it perfect but the other half instead of tossing my chicken, they just Pour that sauce onto my salad and it makes it extremely hard and enjoyable to consume it. Well last night was one of those times and normally I just chalk it up as $15 and go on my way. This time I really wanted my salad and so I returned my order the following night to Morgan and night manager Samantha who were more than helpful resolving my order. Samantha brought me my perfect salad just like Ive been craving and tonight was my hero. Thanks, I really enjoyed every bite and it’s a salad made exactly like that, I’ll be returning for more in the very near future.

Good food and fast service. I usually get the chicken fingers and fries, but I also really like the house salad. The portion size on everything is generous.

The food tastes good as to be expected. Unfortunately when I went through the drive thru and ordered extra ranch for my salad I received only one ranch and it was a dipping sauce, not the ranch packet you get for a salad. Not only that it looked like someone had intentionally stabbed the ranch with a knife or something so it was leaking all over everything. I went in the store to get what I paid extra for only to have the guy in the back say I should be charged extra. Then he threw the sauce at the girl trying to fix his mistake. Guys name was Eric and he seems like a A hole. There was no need for his attitude toward his coworker. I get it mistakes are made but don’t be a Richard about it Eric.
