Tanner Hall Public House

The staff was amazing. Great food and drinks.

Great place to grab a drink and some snacks, they have Yeungling on tap, which I love, and they make a great dirty martini. The bartenders are always very nice and talkative, and the service is great. The poutin is very good, as well as their salads and pizza. It’s a fun local pub and worth going to. The only reason I take off a star is because the seating is uncomfortable and the place is very echo-y so with all the TVs it a bit much, but overall it’s a fun place.

This was our first visit to Tanner Hall Public House. There were a few people in there, but not at all crowded. Our waitress eventually made her way over to our table to take our drink order. It took about 15 minutes to bring us two beers and a mixed drink. She then took our order. There were five of us, and she came back with four plates, all of which were dirty. She took them and brought back clean plates. We ordered pizza and when it came the food was really good. I thought they were family friendly, but it seemed more of a bar atmosphere to me. The music was very loud and most people were seated at the bar. Our waitress seemed indifferent about her job. Customer service is definitely not a strong point. If I go back, I will order my pizza to go.

Great food! Food is better than most places! Service at the bar not so good! Bartenders drinking and hanging out with customers! Out of control customers! This could be a great place with great food if cleaned up just a bit!
