Nigel's Good Food II

This was our first time eating at Nigel's! It was so AWESOME! I HIGHLY recommend going to this establishment for INCREDIBLE food! The portion size is FANTASTIC and the taste...the taste is so wonderful! We have found a new restaurant that we will come back to time and time again! Food was great but service was poor ordered online waited the time it said came to get my food it still wasn't ready 20 minutes later food comes and it's the wrong food. 15 min later my food comes. other than that it was good

Food was delicious. Good ole fashioned soul food that you want. Collards has amazing flavor and were nice and juicy. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. Fried chicken had the crispness, not greasy at all. BEST BANANA PUDDING I HAVE EVER HAD. I would've given it five stars but the wait time was way longer than expected, and the service was a bit too much. The young lady didnt have her timing down, and was at the table too much.

Nigel's is a soul food place here in Charleston South Carolina, I've been there more than five times. I love their food. I usually go during happy hours because they have nice drink specials. My favorite dish to order is the seafood pasta, and the pork chop dinner. Although I don't eat a lot of pork I had to try it here because of a co-worker. they fry it to perfection. Really good. Very popular with the locals
