    I don't want to be bias, but the food is so good. I love the brisket and the geechie wings. And next door at Nigel's good food I choose the fried oysters and again the geechie wings. And for drinks I choose the Kool aid. ???

    Really informal place.. perfect for bbq. We had pulled pork, meatloaf, and dirty harry sloppy Joe. All three meals were great and the sides are huge. We will definitely be going back.

    This was my first time coming to the slaughterhouse, and I will say the food was amazing!! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive, the owner was very nice and welcoming. I will be back. Who ever cooked the food hands are blessed.

    Meatloaf was really good, and the ribs were excellent. Both sauces were amazing, but the mustard based Carolina gold style etched out the other one just barely. Smashed potatoes were great. All in all definitely one of the best BBQ joints around. Worth all 5 stars.
