Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Placed a large order for my staff today for the first time, we usually go to their competitor, and I was not disappointed!! Theybhad the order hot and ready in the short time it took me to get there...about 10 mins. They were very professional and even helped me carry it to the vehicle! The BEST part is that I didn't double check the order and it was 100% correct!! A++ for the Bojangles today!

I'm not going to make too much of a comment again but again and again and again and again Bojangles don't care they put these ladies on the steam table even the managers they must be really getting a bonus or a good paycheck to be cheating the customers oh my God it's just unbelievable the amount of food they put in those little cups one day I got home I could cry I was so ashamed I barely had any mashed potatoes you know how I feel having to call back and tell them that I have such a baby portion that's ridiculous you can put a whole lot more mashed potatoes in that without pushing it out of the sides of the cup that scoop they need to do away with the stupid scoop cuz they they act like they ain't got no common sense they act like they're paying for the food treat your customer right treat your customer right Bojangles they had a few in there that would do that they will give you a little extra if you ask but those are no longer they are why I asked and I asked several times for the guy that was so nice he said I can handle that for you ma'am I'll take care of that right away I'll take care of you I'll make sure you get enough what happened to that nice guy that was there those are the kind of people that need to be working in public not people who just trying to get a paycheck they're people who go beyond will I know this is my job and I get a paycheck but I'm going to take care of that customer I was in the cafeteria food business for 30 years and not one time not one time not one time did I cheat any of my customers and that's the God's honest truth not one time cuz me and my manager got in it all the time I'm here to serve this public in this customers and that's what I did

I always love going by to grab a biscuit combo through the drive through or even sometimes going in and relaxing to a 2 piece chicken meal.

I love how clean the restaurant is and the music they play is very calming. The food taste very good. I like going here often. Keep up the good work!

This store could use a refresh on the interior. The benches often aren't wiped down very well and there's always food and black -stuff- where you sit. The managers there are nice and often will remember what I order when I walk in. The food is well made a majority of the time.
