I'm from California so I find it difficult to find good Mexican food that I'm used to here in South Carolina. Where I'm from we have great Taquerias all over the place with tons of authentic and specialized options. My favorite dish in California is called Nacho Fries or Steak Fries in some places. I couldn't find them out here anywhere.
Well I mentioned this to my waiter here named Edwardo and he told me they could make me some Nacho Fries here even though they aren't on the menu. Nacho Fries, if anyone is wondering, are any style nachos, but instead of tortilla chips you have french fries. Same toppings, but fries instead of chips. Ask for them and if you like nachos and french fries you will love this dish. So Edwardo got them to make me some Nacho Fries and I was reminded of my old home in California. He was very attentive as well and made us feel like he cared about our experience all the way around. I told his manager which I rarely do and am thankful for servers like him who go the extra mile.
So If you are craving some good Mexican food head down to this place and be sure to ask for Nacho Fries. They aren't on the menu, but they will make them if you just tell them you want any style nachos, but you want french fries instead of tortilla chips. If you ask for Edwardo he knows what they are and will hook you up.
