Panera Bread

Their food is so wholesome and hearty, I very much appreciate being able to have natural, whole foods, that tastes great to boot!

So I don't know if it is my misunderstanding but I ordered a Panini which I thought was a grilled sandwich and I got a sub. My New England clam chowder was watery. Everything else was good though.

Long wait for takeout. One item was not available. When I got the food home, I realized they had not filled the order correctly. We're ordered two bread bowls and only got the soups (no bread bowl). The Summer Corn Chowder was too sweet and unappetizing.

The staff was friendly and the food our family was served was good. Our order was incorrect but was quickly fixed. The outside seating area was well taken care with lots of flowers but the inside was a different story. Several tables had trash under them and food on the table top. It looked like it could have been busy a few hours before we were there, but not busy enough that no one could tidy up.
